The fee for this item is for the doctor's interpretation, shipping and the company’s fees for machine scoring. When you receive it in the mail, you will wear it as instructed and return it to Online Home Sleep Study for interpretation and diagnosis. By ordering this ring, you understand you agree to return it in good working order, free of damage, and if it is not, an additional fee of $660 for the ring or $3500.00 for the Ares will be required of you. The ring or Ares must be returned within 3 weeks of the date of the initial order of this study.
